Sony is making dreams come true because we’re finally about to see Sandra Bullock and Brad Pitt together on-screen for the very first time in an assassin film titled Bullet Train.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bullock is now boarding the train for the movie directed by David Leitch, known for Deadpool 2 and Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw. Bullet Train is the film adaptation of the popular Japanese book Maria Beetle by Kotaro Isaka.

The movie will centre on a group of hitmen and assassins with conflicting motives on a train to Tokyo. THR notes that the project will have a similar tone to Bullock’s 1994 film Speed and Liam Neeson’s 2014 film Non-Stop.

Other celebs joining the star-studded cast include Zazie Beetz, Lady Gaga, Bad Bunny, Andrew Koji, Michael Shannon, Joey King, Brian Tyree Henry, Masi Oka, Hiroyuki Sanada and Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

Details of Bullock’s role in Bullet Train are currently unknown but we have a feeling that it will be very action-packed.

Bullet Train will mark the first film Bullock and Pitt have ever appeared in together, even though they are both part of the Ocean’s Eight and Ocean’s Eleven franchise. Bullock starred in the female spin-off of Pitt’s Ocean’s ElevenBullet Train will be Pitt’s first movie since 2019’s Once Upon a Time…In Hollywood.
