Tiffany Haddish may be known for interviewing kids that say the darndest things, going on raunchy Girls Trip(s) and making movies Like a Boss, but thanks to a new photo shoot in Harper’s Bazaar she’s also proving that she’s a true queen. (Or, given that she’s wearing a tiara, is that a princess?)Haddish channeled her inner Audrey Hepburn with a gorgeous Breakfast at Tiffany’s inspired photo shoot for the publication that’s obviously a play on names, but is also totally appropriate given that the 40-year-old is a fan of Hepburn’s. In fact, she would love to actually do her own version of the 1961 film one day. Until that happens fans can easily fantasize about the potential thanks to the power of pictures, pictures that include Haddish in the famous black frock, black shades, evening gloves, and a show-stopping string of pearls.[video_embed id='6001765489001']RELATED: Tiffany Haddish wants to have tea with Queen Elizabeth[/video_embed]“Thanks to @harpersbazaarus for inviting me to do a photo shoot, where I get to show respect to one of my favorite classic Actresses #audryhepburn. I would love to make my Version of the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's,” Haddish shared on Instagram.
Beautiful photos aside, Haddish also opened up about her past in the interview, recalling how her father died when she was young and that her mother was diagnosed with schizophrenia. As a result she and her siblings grew up in foster care. Haddish spent a fair amount of time in her twenties trying to break through the Hollywood scene, even working as a bar mitzvah dancer and living out of her car at one point. She also opened up about finding success later on in life, and in particular meeting Brad Pitt for the first time in 2018.The star revealed that she and Pitt had made one of those “if we’re both single” pacts, but when they ran into each other almost a year later things got awkward. “You could tell he was scared of me. He was like, ‘Oh, shit, Tiffany Haddish is here,’ and doing his eyes shifty,” she said. “I was like, ‘Ain’t nobody f---ing with you. You’ve got too many kids.’ Men got to work for it, you know? They like the hunt. Can’t make it too easy.”Haddish also revealed that Meryl Streep is her number one role model (“She smells like success”) and that Mer is also the one who introduced her to Steven Spielberg. “I was bowing and stuff: ‘Hello, Mr. Spielberg.’ He was like, ‘You are so delightful. I just love it. You are so funny. You really bring great energy to a room.’ I was like, ‘Oh, thank you … I can do that on set too.’”As if Haddish would have time to do a Spielberg movie these days. With her latest film, Bad Trip, hitting theatres in April, another movie, Here Today, just wrapped, a cross-country stand-up tour and a new Netflix series, Self Made: Inspired by the Life of Madam C.J. Walker all going on, it sounds like Haddish is going to be pretty busy for the next little while. Maybe even too busy for Breakfast. Sorry, Brad.[video_embed id='1903209']BEFORE YOU GO: Steph Curry shares sexy vacation pic with wife Ayesha Curry[/video_embed]
