If multiple supermodels are spotted wearing a specific piece of clothing, there’s a high chance said style will translate into the mainstream. One of this season’s up-and-coming It pieces: the sheer black maxi dress. Consider it a 2021 refresh to the 2010s shorter and more fitted LBD.

Both Naomi Campbell and Winnie Harlow were photographed attending various fashion week events (Naomi in Paris and Winnie in London) and suited up in sheer black dresses that hit right below the ankle. Both stars looked so edge yet still so glam.

Other celebs sat FROW at the global fashion shows, too, like Paris Jackson whose head-to-toe camel fit was a total knockout, and Cardi B, who, despite having just given birth last month, still managed to pull off some of the most avant-garde fits.
