Justin and Hailey Bieber may sue a doctor over plastic surgery claims

It looks like the Hailey Bieber plastic surgery drama is far from over, despite the model finally clapping back at trolls in a recent post on social media. Though the 23-year-old claims she’s never had work done on her face, an actual plastic surgeon is speculating otherwise in a new TikTok video. And the Biebers are not here for it.According to E! News Justin and Hailey are threatening Dr. Daniel Barrett with legal action if he doesn’t cease and desist using Hailey’s “name, image and likeness” to “commercially advertise [his] surgery practice and to spread false, uncorroborated claims that Mrs. Bieber has undergone plastic surgery.” As if that weren’t enough, the letter the publication got ahold of also accuses the doc of illegally using lyrics from Justin’s song “Sorry.”

Dr. Barrett posted a TikTok video on May 23 that showcases two photos of Hailey, one from 2011 and one from 2016. In the clip, the Beverly Hills surgeon speculates that the changes in the model’s nose would be impossible to replicate with photoshopping, makeup, or even aging. "Pay special attention to the nose. What do you think? Well, I'll tell you what I think,” he says. “I think it's physically impossible without getting a little bit of help from someone like myself to go from this picture to that picture."The surgeon then goes on to show two more side-by-side photos of Hailey, in which he speculates that in addition to a rhinoplasty she’s had skin tightening, eyebrow microblading, cheek filler, jawline contouring, lip filler and genioplasty, which is a chin implant. “I think she’s gorgeous no matter what, whether she wants to admit to plastic surgery or not that’s her business,” he wraps the video before asking viewers to follow his page.
