Is there even a way to get ready for news like that? Anyhow, Pratt's caption reveals a little more about the philosophy of his new company, which at this point sounds like a blank slate. “Our mission statement is to create entertaining content, focusing on themes which will help to bridge the growing divide in our country and world,” he wrote. “You know, make the world a better place. No biggie, you’re welcome, but it’s whatever.”If you’re a bit confused about that mission statement you’re forgiven—it’s not exactly clear what kind of content will make the world a better place. But considering how much money the unlikely action star has racked up now (he made $12 million alone for co-starring with Jennifer Lawrence in the 2017 flick Passengers), it seems like he can pretty much do whatever he wants. As the world awaits news of what big-screen magic Pratt might actually create next (aside from musical montages for Instagram), fans have third sequels of Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World to look forward to, as well as the sci-fi thriller The Tomorrow War, which he stars in alongside The Handmaid’s Tale's Yvonne Strahovski.Meanwhile, Pratt’s first order of business is bringing The Terminal List, a conspiracy show that sounds like what would happen if Homecoming and Seal Team had a baby, to television. No word on when or where that might air just yet, but hey—at least Pratt will be busy for the next little bit. But hopefully not too busy for some more Instagram shenanigans in the near future…. A Mouse Rat reunion, perhaps? Parks and Rec fans can only dream.
