Jada Pinkett Smith and daughter Willow both considered Brazilian Butt Lifts

In a sneak preview of Wednesday’s new Red Table Talk episode, actress Jada Pinkett Smith, daughter Willow Smith, and mother Adrienne Banfield-Norris talk frankly about the BBLs—Brazillian Butt Lifts, and how both Jada and Willow considered the procedure.
“I'm glad we're here talking about this today, the BBLs, because I was considering getting one," the Collateral star admits in the preview before daughter Willow exclaims, “Me too!”
"I considered getting the tiniest little bit, but then I just got into the gym and got it anyway,” the “Fireball” singer continued, smiling at her mother.
Then a round of laughter at the table erupts after Jada recalls the special advice she gave her booty-searching daughter. "I told her. I said, 'You want a butt? One thing your mother know how to do is build a butt!'”
Beaming with pride, Jada then reminds her daughter that her efforts in the gym were all worth it. “And you built it to the point that people thought you got surgery," she says.
Willow agrees, "No, you're right!"
A BBL—Brazillian Butt Lift—involves a "specialised fat transfer techniques to achieve a fuller, rounder buttock contour", according to the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.
"I just feel like there's always so much more pressure on women to look a certain way," Adrienne then jumps in, reminding the three-generational hosts of the toxic, sexist standards imposed on women in society. "You know it's all about youth, so for somebody like me, the struggle has been extremely real."
"Like I've had botox,” she continues, “then you get to the point where how much you're gonna do, but then it almost becomes addictive.”
In 2018, Jada went on the Today show to talk about body image and how small things (like diet and exercise) can lead to big results, implying she prefers that over going under the knife.
“My mother keeps such a youthful spirit. She’s young at heart. She takes really good care of herself. We both do. Eating well, exercising, drinking water. We’re both really on it,” she said at the time.
“I get little steroid shots, which are working. My hair, in certain bald spots, is growing back,” she admitted, prefacing her decision to go bald. “I wrap it a lot and let it rest. I try to leave it alone as much as possible.”
Also in 2018, during an episode of RTT, Jada admitted to the table that she underwent a vaginal rejuvenation to fix her bladder issues. “"I was telling my mom, I actually had it for my bladder issues which completely went away after three treatments,” she revealed.
"When I tell you my yoni is like a 16-year-old, I'm not kidding. I'm talking about the outside. It looks like a little beautiful peach!"
RTT is known for its discussion of frank and personal topics that break down barriers between family members and loved ones. Famously last year, Jada admitted on the show that she had an “entanglement” outside of her marriage to movie star and rapper Will Smith, with rapper August Alsina.
