We are all in 2021 but Laverne Cox is living in the future

We might be in 2021, but Laverne Cox gave us all the futuristic vibes when she channelled her femme fatale look at Jennifer Klein's Day of Indulgence event this week. Her shiny multicoloured face shield was giving safety and fashion at the same time. Now we need to know where we can add to cart immediately!

Cox wore a black catsuit that featured a cutout down the middle with forearm sleeves. She topped off the look with a leather corset and a pair of black Balenciaga Speed Light sock sneakers.

Earlier this week, Awkwafina and the cast of Marvel’s latest flick Shang-Chi celebrated the launch with a red carpet event in Los Angeles on August 16. She wore an oversized, camel-coloured Lanvin suit with red detail and metallic Gucci platforms.

Awkwafina wasn’t the only one to throw on a pantsuit. JLo was also spotted in a coordinating jacket and pant combo with matching crop top, and others like Bella Hadid and Julie Bowen also sported blazers.
