Kanye leaks Drake's home address proving their feud is alive and well

The rivalry between Kanye West and Drake has now gone beyond diss tracks. Last night, ‘Ye took it one step further by actually trying to doxx the Canadian rap superstar.

On Instagram, the “Jesus Walk” rapper posted a screenshot of Drake’s Toronto address plugged into the Maps app. With the street and postal code fully visible, this appears to be an attempt by ‘Ye to doxx the “God’s Plan" rapper.

‘Ye very quickly deleted the screenshot, but of course, as we all know, the internet is forever. Screenshots of Drake’s address are floating forever in cyberspace.

While doxxing is at best, disturbing and, at worst, dangerous and even deadly, Drake, for his part, doesn’t seem concerned. First of all, it's true many people in Toronto already know where he lives (he's even had unwanted visitors before) and many times spoken about his street and his locally-famous Toronto neighbourhood.

So the “Tootsie Slide” rapper responded to the doxing attempt pretty lightheartedly.

Last night in his Instagram Stories, Drake posted a series of short clips of him riding through Toronto in his car. The first clip shows Drake driving on the Gardiner Expressway as he zooms past the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre. Then the camera turns on Drake and we see him laughing at the whole debacle.

We’re no experts in body language, but we suspect Drake’s thinking what we’re thinking: “is there a single person in Toronto who DOESN’T know where I live?” 

Tensions between the two rappers have amped up recently, after Drake rapped a verse on Trippie Redd’s new song, “Betrayal,” that took some shots at the “Gold Digger” rapper.

“All these fools I’m beefin’ that I barely know,” Drake raps, “Forty-five, forty-four (Burned out), let it go / Ye ain’t changin’ s–t for me, it’s set in stone.” Kanye is 44 years old.

Shortly after, Kanye posted a screenshot of a group chat conversation that includes long-time Drake rival Pusha T, seemingly lambasting Drake, texting, “I live for this. I’ve been f***ed with by nerd a**jock n****s like you my whole life. You will never recover. I promise you.” Included with the text was a picture of Joaquin Phoenix dressed as The Joker.

Considering this beef is more than 12 years old, it seems like it may take a whole lot to get them to squash it.
