No, Travis Barker and Kim Kardashian did not have an affair

The drama doesn't stop revolving around Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian's relationship.

Travis' ex Shanna claimed that she ended her marriage to the Blink-182 drummer because he cheated on her with noneother than Kourt's sister, Kim Kardashian.

A source told Page Six that those rumours have no truth at all. “Travis and Kim have never had a romantic relationship,” a source close to Kim told the outlet. “They were friends who met through Paris Hilton and that is also how Kourtney and Travis were introduced.”

Another insider took aim at Moakler for dragging Kim into the situation while she's going through a divorce with Kanye West.

“It’s a shame that she continues to spread lies because she is clearly bitter her ex is happy and has moved on,” the other source said. “It’s extremely hurtful to her kids how she is behaving. Hopefully she gets the help that she needs and can eventually find happiness.”

Moakler and Barker’s daughter, Alabama, recently brought the affair rumour to light again when she posted an Instagram Story, claiming that Moakler was not an “amazing mom.”

Alabama shared a screenshot of a lengthy direct message allegedly written by Moakler that read, “I divorced Travis because I caught him having an affair with Kim! Now he’s in love with her sister…. It’s all gross… I’m not the bad guy!”

In the message, Moakler also accused Barker of being "emotionally abusive" and said she feels like she "can't compete with kids whose father doesn't encourage relationships with their own mother and purposefully tries to alienate them away."

On top of sharing the direct message, 15-year-old Alabama wrote, “Everybody thinks my mother is amazing, Matthew is nothing but awful to her not only that but he cheats on her. My mom has never completely been in my life, can you guys stop painting her out to be a [sic] amazing Mom. Did your moms ask to see you on mother’s day cause mine didn’t? I’m done keeping it a secret, reality shows.”

Moakler and Barker were married from 2004 to 2008 and share three children together: 15-year-old Alabama Luella, 17-year-old Landon Asher and 22-year-old Atiana De La Hoya (whose biological dad is Oscar De La Hoya).

In 2008, Page Six reported that Moakler and Kim had a "screaming catfight at Carmen Electra's party at the DKNY Jeans Beach House in Malibu." The nostalgia!

Moakler allegedly threw a drink in Kim's face and yelled "whore" at her. It all stemmed from Kim modelling for Famous Stars and Straps, Barker's clothing line. 

Moakler claimed that Kim "wanted more from Barker than modelling work."

“She was sending him text messages and e-mails, and this was when Travis and I were working on [staying together],” Moakler told Page Six in 2008. “When it happened, I asked her, ‘What are these e-mails?’ She had no answers for me. She was blatantly disrespectful.”

Moakler said that she would have never gone to the party if she knew Kim, who was dating Reggie Bush at the time, was going to be there. 

“I was going to leave, but I’m a human being. I get upset. I wasn’t drunk, and I confronted her. She ruined my marriage and my family. If I get passionate about it, they call me crazy,” Moakler said.

Moakler has been very vocal about Barker's new relationship with Kourtney. She claims she has "moved on" from Barker but it's been troubling for her to see all those romantic grand gestures Barker is doing for Kardashian (and splashing all over Instagram) since they're apparently identical to things he did for Moakler during their relationship.

In another interview with People, Moakler said, "I'm very much over my ex. It's been a long time. However, do I think some of the PDA that he's doing with her is weird? [Yes]." Moakler added, "The movie, True Romance, that I feel like they've been bonding over was the theme of our wedding. Our daughter's named after the character in the movie. Flying banners overhead like we did on Meet the Barkers. Stuff like that ... I just think it's weird.".
