What do you get when a super mom and a supermodel intersect on the runway? That would be Heidi Klum for $200, Alex. The 47-year-old took a (cat)walk down memory lane this week to celebrate her daughter’s birthday, revealing that she once walked the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show while four months pregnant.

In an Instagram post on May 4, Klum celebrated daughter Leni Klum’s 17th birthday with a throwback video to the 2003 lingerie fashion show. In it she wore the “Very Sexy” Fantasy Bra, wings, and a pair of glittery underwear. Her stomach is in full view, naturally, but only Klum could actually tell she was bumpin’ at the time.

“Happy 17th birthday LENI,” Klum captioned the post. “I am not alone walking down that catwalk here. If I look close enough then I can see you bumping right along at 4 months @LeniKlum. I loved you before you were born, and I will love you long after I close my eyes forever.”

If only all mothers had such cool documented evidence of their pregnancies. Leni is the first of four kids for Klum: she also has daughter Lou and sons Henry and Johan. The former Project Runway host shares Leni with her ex, Flavio Briatore, and she had the other three with her ex-husband Seal. (Seal helped raise Leni from birth and officially adopted her when she was five years old.)

For those who need a refresher, Seal and Klum’s split was finalized in October 2014 after nine years of marriage, shocking fans of the super couple at the time. Things have been rocky between the co-parents ever since and Klum is currently married to musician Tom Kaulitz.

Back in 2003, it would have been a big deal for Klum (who also walked down the wedding aisle while pregnant with Henry), to do a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show while expecting. However, since then many other pregnant models have followed in Klum’s (high-heeled) footsteps, including Alessandra Ambrosio and Lily Aldridge in 2011, Doutzen Kroes in 2013, and Irina Shayk in 2016.

It seems like modelling may run in the Klum family; Leni’s own career has been taking off this year. She and her mom covered Vogue Germany for the publication’s January/February issue, and the then-16-year-old also did her first solo cover in March when she appeared on the German edition of Glamour.

“[She’s] been doing fantastic. She's been wanting to model for quite some time,” Klum previously told People. “Obviously, as a mother, [I want my] child to do what she wants to do. The industry is great and I love it and I've been in it for over 20 years but it's also a lot of traveling, it's different. You have to be a strong person, especially as a woman you have to be very strong.”

Good thing Leni has a strong example in her mom.
